Do you want to proxy maintain this? https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Proxy_Maintainers
The ebuilds I uploaded are crude. I copy pasted them together, mostly. The dependencies may or may not be correct. I still wonder how you can be sure to have covered the dependencies correctly (I tried to gather the necessary information from the imports in the *.py files). Also, the dependencies don't have version numbers in them. Then again, neither do the ebuilds that are currently in the official tree. Certainly, the ebuilds need review.
Created attachment 479220 [details, diff] blink-3.0.3.ebuild.diff Attaching 3.0.3 version bump porting to PyQt5, but without claiming perfection or looking at twisted usedeps in particular.
