When I'm trying to emerge `dev-scheme/scm`, it fails with the following error during emerging `dev-scheme/slib-3.2.5`: =============================== >>> Install slib-3.2.5 into /var/tmp/portage/dev-scheme/slib-3.2.5/image/ category dev-scheme chmod: cannot access ‘/var/tmp/portage/dev-scheme/slib-3.2.5/image//usr/share/slib/*.sh’: No such file or directory * ERROR: dev-scheme/slib-3.2.5::gentoo failed (install phase): * fperms failed =============================== A quick fix as proposed by the user `fedeliallalinea` on Gentoo Forums here: https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-7992876.html?sid=4bc745519f73e2f24baf6ba29122ba71#7992876 solved the problem, but the user adviced me to file a bug too, which I'm doing right now. I can post my `emerge --info` if needed, but I can't see how it's relevant since the bug seems to be in the ebuild.
Thanks for filing the bug, should be fixed in the revision bump commit d440466c12a6d10e846c176e8c944c9122b8590b Author: Ettore Di Giacinto <mudler@gentoo.org> Date: Sun Nov 20 16:31:22 2016 +0100 dev-scheme/slib: revision bump * fixes setting permissions in 3.2.5
