Description Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2016-11-12 09:39:29 UTC
Hello arches,

this is a new dependency to nautilus-3.22. It replaces integration with file-roller by direct management of archives through gnome-autoar in nautilus.
Comment 1 Tobias Klausmann (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2016-11-24 17:46:52 UTC
Stable on alpha.
Comment 2 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2017-03-18 14:32:23 UTC
Updating to gnome-autoar-0.2.1 and actually adding re-keywording of nautilus that lost keywords because of this, and evolution that I introduced optional gnome-autoar support just recently and had to drop keywords as well.
alpha@ re-added for the nautilus re-keywording bit (evolution retained alpha keyword as gnome-autoar was keyworded by the time I added the optional dep)

oh, and if desiring to test evolution[archive] for the gnome-autoar integration, then this is used when saving a tarball attachment, then in the save path dir chooser there will be checkboxes for unpacking while saving; similarly when attaching files, it gives then the option to pack a directory for a single file attaching of a directory.
Comment 4 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2017-03-25 13:10:28 UTC
Adding gnome-core-apps-3.22.2 to the rekeywording list for ppc/ppc64 because losing nautilus keyword resulted in losing gnome-core-apps. For arm/ia64 both grilo/totem keywording and this is needed.
Comment 5 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2017-03-25 14:09:42 UTC
Adding gnome-light-3.22.2 to rekeywording list due to nautilus dependency increase to 3.22 version; arm and ia64 are on bug 613786 for that one to keep the metas for them in one place
Comment 6 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2017-03-25 14:14:42 UTC
Sorry for the spam, main gnome meta got dropped for ppc/ppc64 too on bump due to gnome-core-apps-3.22.2 before. Adding it.
Comment 7 Émeric Maschino 2017-04-05 22:39:22 UTC
