emerge --info =sys-devel/gcc-4.9.3

Setting up a stable multilib chroot, and gcc failed with:
configure: updating cache ./config.cache
 * /var/tmp/portage/sys-apps/sandbox-2.10-r1/work/sandbox-2.10/libsandbox/libsandbox.c:check_syscall():989: failure (Value too large for def
ined data type):
 * ISE:
        abs_path: (null)
        res_path: /var/tmp/portage/sys-devel/gcc-4.9.3/work/build/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/32/libgomp/conftest.val
configure: error: unsupported system, cannot find sizeof (omp_lock_t)
Makefile:17048: recipe for target 'configure-stage1-target-libgomp' failed

I figured it should be reported sense they are default FEATURES, it seems. I hit the same thing with bug 598210 .
