When running config-kernel --make-koutput, I noticed some typos in the output: * Running 'make mrproper to clean your kernel tree (This make take a while) * Copying your .config into /var/tmp/kernel/2.6.7-hardened-r4 First line: missing closing ' after "mrproper" "This make" -> "this may" Second line: "into" -> "to" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 38774 [details, diff] Patch to fixed the typos specified (and some more) I attached a patch which fixes the adressed typos and some more I discovered while looking at the source. The version used was config-kernel-0.3.3, the most recent one. Dunno if it needs to get fixed in other versions too. If so, let me know.
I think 'into' is correct for the second one, as the config is not being placed at /var/tmp/kernel/2.6.7-hardened-r4, it is being placed inside that directory.
No longer in portage, irrelevant bug.
