Compiling Firefox with USE="system-sqlite" currently fails due to insufficient version of sqlite.

Firefox 49 is out since Sep. 20th but depends on >=dev-db/sqlite-3.13.0.

Please stabilize one of the available versions >= 3.13.0 .
