I threw together an ebuild, but its just too hard for me to test. Problem is that I don't use apache myself with gentoo, so I needed to try installing it. This mod depends on libapreq2, which is hardmasked and seems to have real problems compiling and working and may also have outstanding bugs wrt the newer apache version I was using. I also had failures with db-4.2, which seemed to be required, while I only had 4.1 installed. Therefore, this ebuild is untested, and its very likely that I got some of the doc-related stuff completely wrong. If someone else already has all of the deps in order, they may wish to try this out.
