Everything is the same as in bug #550130, except this is for version 1.5.2 instead of 1.5.0. 

Somebody removed the -fPIC patch or didn’t make one for 1.5.2.

But I still get the same error:

    /usr/include/qt5/QtCore/qglobal.h:1087:4: Error: #error "You must build your code with position independent code if Qt was built with -reduce-relocations. " "Compile your code with -fPIC (-fPIE is not enough)."

I dropped the patch, because it no longer applied against 1.5.2 sources, and I buildbox and test machines didn't need it. This was no random change.
