this release don't include commit #778ab47 that fix a big bug.

@Serge thanks for the point.
I was not aware about this since all my instances on 1.4.2 now.

Seems like I should update topic to 1.4.2 version.
It is mature enough (in portage since August) and have fix for the bug.

If needed I can check ~arch, but only next month.
