dev-libs/cdk has a number of bugs open, and no dedicated maintainer. Seems abandoned upstream in 2014, and was crappy before anyway.

The only two revdeps are:

- media-gfx/gphoto2[ncurses],

- dev-perl/cdk-perl -- which has no revdeps.

Please either considering taking it over, or we should consider killing the relevant flag from gphoto2 and lastriting the thing.

With the latest upstream version being 5.0-20160131, I wouldn't call
it abadoned upstream.

Then call it 'upstream has a crappy homepage where it's hard to find information'.
