looks like the domain was sold after 2013:

The ttls can be found here, https://github.com/google/fonts/tree/master/ofl/oldstandardtt

Could use this, https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Old+Standard+TT as default homepage in absence of the original one.

Looks like the HOMEPAGE and SRC_URI's are back up again.
