changed like this , other linux can reconizes the device  that parted by gentoo

You will need to provide more specific information:

1. How are you invoking mk2fs?
2. What other Linux distros are you using? What versions?
3. What error(s) do you encounter on the other distros?
4. What exactly did you change in mke2fs.conf? Your copy/paste is unreadable.
