This commit removed last stable ppc & sparc versions, therefore breaking dependencies of dev-util/appdata-tools and games-puzzle/atomix. I've reverted it to restore depgraph consistency.

If you'd like to drop the package from stable ppc & sparc, please remove the stable keywords (or appropriately versions) from listed revdeps first. Otherwise, I suggest you stabilize the newer version on ppc & sparc.
