Maintainers, please drop the following nova versions:

  nova-12.0.3.ebuild:      <=dev-python/libvirt-python-1.3.0[${PYTHON_USEDEP}]
  nova-12.0.4.ebuild:      <=dev-python/libvirt-python-1.3.0[${PYTHON_USEDEP}]
  nova-2015.2.9999.ebuild: <=dev-python/libvirt-python-1.3.0[${PYTHON_USEDEP}]

Or update the libvirt-python dependency to >=dev-python/libvirt-python-1.3.5-r1.

I've updated what I could to >=libvirt-python-1.3.4 (as that's stable).  I'll need a stablereq for 12.0.4-r1 so I can remove 12.0.3 though.

I don't believe Ago is picking up on the STABLEREQ.  Not exactly sure why.
