Bug 587164 – kde-apps/kdepim-16.04.2 - message headers not shown in KMail

Two problems I have:
1. KMail main window, message display section. There are no headers (to, from, subject, date...). If I open a separate window by double-clicking the message, there are still no headers.
2. If I open menu "View -> Headers", next sub-menu is not displayed.

This bug first appeared in Apps 16.04.0.

Since in another distribution I also use KDE in (Arch), there is not such problem with same KDE Applications version, I report here, not to KDE Bugzilla.

Install kdepim-addons.

Not closing the bug since it looks like a missing dependency to me.

Will be fixed in 16.08.0 by messagelib containing a standard header and kdepim-addons a selection of fancy headers.
