Bug 586136 – dev-libs/svrcore: prune the libtool file in the presence of a pkgconfig file

This package installs both a pkgconfig file and a lafile:
/usr/lib64/pkgconfig/svrcore.pc
/usr/lib64/svrcore/libsvrcore.la

Shipping the pkgconfig file alone should be sufficient here. The eutils eclass has a prune_libtool_files function which runs heuristics to determine whether it's safe before deleting a lafile, or a simple rm can get it done.

So that you are aware, it's not possible to prevent this in autotools. We will need to prevent this in the ebuild. Historical gentoo research points me to the fact that some use flag exists which can enable/disable la installation. We should probably update the ebuild to respect this (if it exists). Otherwise, it's an ebuild issue.
