I started working on the ebuild should see a pull request in the next day or so depending on how long it takes for my chromebook to test ;)

I found it available in overlay.

Any chances to see it in the main tree/science soon?
It has been almost a YEAR since bump request...

OpenBLAS 0.3.3 is available (on 30 Aug. 2018) with some fixes with respect to previous 0.3.x releases. 

Please bump this version and if it possible place it to main portage tree.
