Description Ulrich Müller gentoo-dev 2016-05-22 08:19:22 UTC
The following entries in linguas.desc are not valid (see also BCP 47 validator http://schneegans.de/lv/):

   en_EN - English locale
"EN" is not a valid region subtag.

   me - Montenegrin (Crnogorski) locale
"me" is not a valid language tag.

   ns - Northern Sotho locale
"ns" is not a valid language tag.
Presumably, "nso - Northern Sotho locale" should be used instead.

ru_RU_0 - Russian locale for Russia
      Not well-formed.

Then there is also:

es_LA - Spanish locale for Latin America

This is technically valid, but "LA" is the region subtag of Laos, not Latin America which has "419". An entry for es_419 exists and should be used instead.
