Complete build log

Attempting to install current stable iasl fails:

  ../../../source/compiler/aslopcodes.c: In function 'OpcSetOptimalIntegerSize':
  ../../../source/compiler/aslopcodes.c:326:9: error: duplicate case value
           case ACPI_UINT64_MAX:
           ^
  ../../../source/compiler/aslopcodes.c:313:9: error: previously used here
           case ACPI_UINT32_MAX:
           ^

I also tried 20150717 version, same issue.

Comment 1 Chí-Thanh Christopher Nguyễn gentoo-dev 2016-05-16 21:17:44 UTC
It might to be caused by an old include file that was copied from the Linux kernel into the iasl source tree.

If so, presumably this issue was fixed upstream by
https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/include/acpi/actypes.h?id=e252652fb2664d42de19f933aa3688bbc470de3f
Comment 2 Nick Bowler 2018-02-23 19:31:24 UTC
This problem seems to be resolved with iasl-20160729 which is the current stable.

So I guess this is obsolete.
