Current Unicode version is 8.0.
It would be nice to have the matching unicode-data package available.

Gentoo pulls this package from Debian and Debian has 8.0 version available (see URL).

We need newer version for gucharmap-8 too like, for example:
https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/unicode-character-database

Please note that gucharmap needs Unihan.zip installed as a zip file :/
