I'm proposing that there be a use flag to disable epiphany from the gnome ebuild. I, like many others, use firefox and mozilla is a pretty large dependancy, especially if you don't even want it. There's already a use disable in place if you have mips in your use flags, although I'd assume that's to work around a bug, and it's not something I'd want in my use flags anyway.
