consolekit hibernate polkit file

After clean plasma install with desktop/plasma profile Leave/System k-menu has only suspend, shutdown and restart buttons and doesn't have hibernate. I have the following packages installed:

kde-plasma/powerdevil-5.5.5
sys-auth/polkit-0.113
sys-auth/consolekit-1.1.0
sys-power/upower-0.99.4

It appears that powerdevil installs polkit rule file only for suspend 40-org.freedesktop.consolekit.system.suspend-multiple-users.pkla, dropping in similar file for hibernate restores hibernate option in Leave menu.
