When attempting to update to the new version of the KDE desktop I get Digest verification failure.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE="-doc" emerge --ask --changed-use --newrepo --deep @world

Actual Results:

!!! /usr/portage/kde-apps/gpgmepp/gpgmepp-15.08.3.ebuild
!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
!!! Got: 320
!!! Expected: 322


Expected Results:  
Successful emerge.

I have erased that section of the local portage directory and then executed 'emerge --sync' to get the latest versions from the repository.  I get the same result every time.
