libreoffice-bin ebuilds unnecessary set glibc-2.21-r1 strict dependency for unknown reason. While i believe it's for ensurance it's the version of glibc user have before merging the package. It's also built in a build environment which have this very version of glibc installed. This is not strictly required. I've tested this with glibc 2.20 and with glibc-2.19 and binary compatibility seems respected. Forced glibc updates (even if they make real sense) is something user has to decide or if there is no backward compatibility with older glibc expected with this package. Reproducible: Always
