Since games.eclass is deprecated now and banned for new ebuilds, the games-mods.eclass needs to be updated not to use it or deprecated along with it.

Furthermore, the eclass needs update to eclassdoc and note about maintainer. Not to mention that the copyright notice hasn't been updated since 2011.
