Mirek, I found your ebuild at http://e-x-a.org/codecrypt/files/codecrypt-latest.ebuild. I'll put it in the tree in a week if you don't mind.
I actually just updated that exact ebuild to match the newer situation, added the fftw:3.0 dep etc. I'm afraid there's still a pkg-config problem with the crypto++ dependency, some patching will probably be needed. I will try to fix it as soon as I have a gentoo machine handy.

It includes a static substitute for pkg-config check for crypto++ library and corresponding "autotools reinit" by ./autogen.sh. Can you please verify that the ebuild is OK and possibly put it to the tree? Also, removal of all older codecrypt versions would be great, they are not good even for compatibity purposes anymore.
