kde-plasma/kscreenlocker and old version of kde-plasma/plasma-workspace block kde-base/kdebase-pam:4, but all ebuilds of kde-base/kdebase-pam actually have slot "0", so blocker is not working.

$ grep '![^[:space:]]*kde-base/kdebase-pam' */*/*.ebuild
kde-plasma/kscreenlocker/kscreenlocker-5.5.2.ebuild:    !kde-base/kdebase-pam:4
kde-plasma/kscreenlocker/kscreenlocker-5.5.3.ebuild:    !kde-base/kdebase-pam:4
kde-plasma/kscreenlocker/kscreenlocker-5.5.4.ebuild:    !kde-base/kdebase-pam:4
kde-plasma/plasma-workspace/plasma-workspace-5.4.3-r1.ebuild:   !kde-base/kdebase-pam:4
$ grep SLOT= kde-base/kdebase-pam/*.ebuild
SLOT="0"
$


This typo in blocker was introduced in:
