Build Log for scipy with python3_5

scipy-0.17.0 gets through python2_7 and python3_4 with no issue but fails with python3_5.

If I disable the python3_5 from PYTHON_TARGETS: the build completes.

I am attaching the build.log for python3_5 only to save space. If the need the entire log let me know.

I see the same error on ~amd64.

I can reproduce this sometimes. Please try MAKEOPTS=-j1.

I can supply I had noticed the same thing with 0.16.1 on some hosts but forgot to report it then.
