The svn server got shutdown, the code disappeared, I still have a checkout, but we need a repo.

Need to poke infra about how to get a git repo on git.g.o, and how to possibly get the svn history into a git repo for the project.

The gentoo-alt svn repo is no longer reachable (svn.gentoo.org no longer exists).  It only is available via sources.g.o: https://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-alt/

From this repo, I would like to have two different git repos:
- aix-miscutils
- toolchain-prefix-wrapper

The gentoo-alt git repo appears to be empty: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/proj/alt.git/

I think it should be removed, and two new repos added for the two separate prefix projects.
