Per GLEP67, only projects and people can maintain packages. And was it really desired for mirror-admin@ to maintain anything?

www-apps/mirmon is the package.

No idea if it was desired, but right now noone doing mirror stuff (=me) maintains packages. So feel free to drop it to webapps or m-n
