Trying to compile Apache2 with  APACHE2_MPMS=peruser  I receive an error.

Last error in /var/tmp/portage/www-servers/apache-2.4.16/temp/build.log


checking whether to enable mod_lbmethod_heartbeat... shared
checking which MPM to use by default... peruser
configure: error: MPM peruser is not supported on this platform.
 
hovewer examine a build diectory where mpms shold be, 

/var/tmp/portage/www-servers/apache-2.4.16/work/httpd-2.4.16/server/mpm

I can not found any mpm_peruser code  In fact I cann not find any trace of it in source tree. 

Seems that  there is not a mpm_peruser in apache 2.4 branch , last version of mod_peruser I can find was for 2.2.24 . upstream site www.pereuser.org does not work entirely so I assume project is deadh and  APACHE2_MPMS=peruser should be removed from ebuild (or mpm_peruser ported to 2.4.x )
