you have enabled unicode support in wxGTK that seems still broken reemerge wxGTK w/out that useflag.

did you emerge wxwidget w/out the unicode flag? wx is reported to be BROKEN in that case.

I made it use the wxwidgets.eclass now should work correctly nevertheless.
