do it. curl and others want it.

Stable for HPPA PPC64.
Stable on alpha (took libev-4.15-r1 along)
amd64 stable
x86 stable
ppc stable
stable on arm
@sparc I added a mask to arch/sparc/package.use.mask so that I can unmask USE=http2 on curl in base. When you stabilize for sparc, please remove # Anthony G. Basile <blueness@gentoo.org> (25 Nov 2015) # mask http2 on net-misc/curl until stabilized, bug #558734 net-misc/curl http2 Thanks.
(In reply to Anthony Basile from comment #7) > stable on arm I was just made aware that nghttp2 fails to build on arm5, see bug #552898. I tested on armv7a with no problems --- obviously there are no problems with c++ atomics there. Can someone with the correct equipment do the proper masking for arm5. There's no reason for reason for that to hold up other stuff on armv7a.
(In reply to Anthony Basile from comment #9) > (In reply to Anthony Basile from comment #7) > > stable on arm > obviously there are no problems with > c++ atomics there. > To be clear, I emerged nghttps with USE=cxx on armv7a.
sparc is done now
