regarding webarchive the domain was used for backup manager 2012 the last time:
http://web.archive.org/web/20120911102104/http://www.backup-manager.org/

Since 2013 it is used for advertising. There is no content about backup-manager. 
If there is no new homepage of the project, it should link to 
https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/No_homepage
