BitchX blocks the cdrom when you activate that compilation option and that is annoying.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. BitchX
2. fuser /dev/cdrom
3.

Actual Results:  
/dev/cdrom is blocked by BicthX

Expected Results:  
Don't block it if you dont want to block it
