Hi!

I cannot find any USE flags that would allow me to enable installation of files

  /usr/include/scm.h
  /usr/include/scmfig.h
  /usr/include/scmflags.h
  /usr/lib/libscm.a

that I need for SCM support of app-text/rnv.

Are there any?
If not, could you add some or include those files by default?
