New version of opengfx, 0.5.2, release in April 2015.

The present version of OpenTTD (1.5.0) gives a "missing a number of sprites" error with the current 0.5.1 version of opengfx. This version bump fixes that.

Makefile patch

Removes "gimp" program so we don't use it. (Sandbox errors occur if you have the xsane plugin becuase it tries to open usb devices for r/w. If anyone knows how to disable gimp plugins at run time, then we could potentially enable this again.)

Makes dependance on 'unix2dos' optional - backport of this patch: https://hg.openttdcoop.org/opengfx/changeset/df199395d6e3a8d0ccc8459254447a05d874eaca

Fixes the python datetime command.
