Created attachment 407384 [details, diff] pass --with-boost-libdir=... to configure encfs searches a hard-wired list of directories for boost libraries during configure; these do not include /usr/libx32. A fix is straightforward: pass --with-boost-libdir=/usr/`get_libdir` to econf. This is fixed in 1.8.1 since it uses EAPI=5 which passes --libdir automatically. Its time to stabilize it. KEYWORDS="amd64 x86"
