Everything looks fine. I'm on vacation without my keys until Sunday, so that's the earliest I can add it. However, the overlays team has more than one member and any Gentoo developer can edit the repository list, so hopefully someone will handle this earlier. For the developer handling it: please use https:// for git URL. SSH URLs are accessible only to registered github users.
Sorry, I was wrong. The e-mail used for the repository needs to have a corresponding Bugzilla account. So you either need to use the e-mail used for Bugzilla, change your Bugzilla e-mail or register the other e-mail on Bugzilla.
I updated my bugzilla account to use the new email.
