This fails with a texinfo build error (current texinfo version is 4.13-r2). See bug 555150

The upstream support of makeinfo 5 does not work with makeinfo 4.13. So for arches where makeinfo 4.13 still is the latest stable version this ebuild will not work. Looking into if I can make it backwards compatible.

To resolve the issue with texinfo-4 eg. makeinfo-4 the ebuild does now require =>sys-apps/texinfo-5.
