Isolated local testing of this module demonstrates that versions older than 2.0 will not work on the future Perl 5.22

The newest in tree ( 1.960.0 ) is far too old to compile on Perl 5.22

Additionally, I have modules in the overlay that require 1.980.0 as a minimum.

There are practically no dependencies on PadWalker itself, so it should be a straight bump ( and maybe add EUMM if you feel really generous )

Please bump to 2.1 ( that is, 2.100.0 )
