I just installed Gentoo amd64 on my desktop and after a successful reboot from the livecd I noticed this warning, "WARNING: /lib64/rc/cache directory not writeable".

When I looked, the directory didn't exist at all. After creating the directory and rebooting, the warning went away. This didn't seem to affect anything, but I was told on IRC to report the bug. 

OpenRC Version 0.13.11 on amd64

If there is anything else that I need to include, please let me know.
