Now that ultrabug removed old pacemaker versions, ocfs2-tools can't be installed…

Removed pacemaker-gui-2.1.1 as well (2.1.2 is fine).

sorry mate, revbumped and fixed ncurses detection and dropped old stuff.

compiles fine now.
