kde-base/kdelibs-4.14.6 same slot as kdelibs-4.14.3
as shown by eshowkw:
4.14.3-r1 | o + ~ o o o o o + + o o o + | o 4/4.14 | gentoo
4.14.6-r1 | o ~ ~ o o o o o ~ ~ o o o ~ | o        | gentoo

but the new numbers for the Kde project relase series are
1) KDE SC 4.14.3  
2) KDE Applications 14.12.0
3) KDE Applications 14.12.1
4) KDE Applications 14.12.2
5) KDE Applications 14.12.3
6) KDE Applications 15.03.95
---
1) has kde-base/kdelibs-4.14.3  slot 4/4.14
5) has kde-base/kdelibs-4.14.6  slot 4/14  ....perhaps

Look at:

you will find kde-base/kdelibs-4.14.6 there!

The Kde project is playing with numbers,
they love 4,14,5 and 15
to get all their consumers a nervous breakdown :(

kde-base/kdelibs only gets bug. No SLOT is not needed.

Only get bugfixes. SLOT raising is not needed.

Yes I know , normally it is a pure bug release, when
4.14.3 to 4.14.6

But follow the links I gave: Do You really believe
4.14.3 to 14.12
is a pure bug fix release?

Numbers are gone wild here!

Yes it is. See https://www.kde.org/announcements/announce-applications-14.12.3.php:

"This release also includes Long Term Support versions of Plasma Workspaces 4.11.17, KDE Development Platform 4.14.6 and the Kontact Suite 4.14.6."
