The project has not so much moved to Sourceforge as always been there, but hosted code at Google because of advertising issues in the past at SF.net. All those releases are still available from Google code at the moment. I haven't seen (received) any notification they will go away, only that SVN hosting will go shortly (which is moving). All the same files are available at Sourceforge anyway.

The Audacity project on Sourceforge has seen a hostile takeover and should no longer be used. The project website is now at http://web.audacityteam.org/ The downloads are available from http://www.fosshub.com/Audacity.html

@Richard: Fosshub sucks royally for downloading tho. I get a 403 Forbidden error when trying to download the source tarball with wget. This doesn't work for us. Please talk to Fosshub to make their downloads more accessible or offer an alternative.
