normalize command fails on wav files larger than 2GB with message "Value too large for defined data type".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a wav file larger than 2GB
2. Run command "normalize foo.wav"

Actual Results:  
The command fails with error message:
"Value too large for defined data type"

Expected Results:  
The command will be successful.
