During installation I get error:

 * Detected file collision(s):
 * 
 *      /usr/share/pixmaps/eric.png
 * 
 * Searching all installed packages for file collisions...
 * 
 * Press Ctrl-C to Stop
 * 
 * dev-util/eric-4.5.14:4::gentoo
 *      /usr/share/pixmaps/eric.png
 * 
 * Package 'dev-util/eric-5.5.2' NOT merged due to file collisions. If
 * necessary, refer to your elog messages for the whole content of the
 * above message.

I solved the problem adding the following line in src_prepare()

sed -i -e 's@"eric" + marker + ".png"@"eric5" + marker + ".png"@' install.py || die
