As reported in bug #529880. The hack that is used in gnome-shell does not seem to work.
I worked around this by creating /etc/ld.so.conf.d/20cinnamon containing this line: /usr/lib64/cinnamon and then running ldconfig.
Thanks walt for the idea, juste add a .conf at the end of the file created for : /etc/ld.so.conf.d/20cinnamon.conf once ldconfig run and cinnamon restart it's ok !
I can confirm that the workarround described by walt and Didier actually works to use cinnamon again.
