$ ls /usr/share/doc/Linux-PAM/

Linux-PAM_ADG.txt.bz2             Linux-PAM_SAG.txt.bz2


Fixed for me by adding to myconf in multilib_src_configure():
--docdir="${EPREFIX}"/usr/share/doc/${PF}
