Volunteers collected nice screenshots of open source programs [1].
I suggest to add a key like SCREENSHOT in the ebuild file which links in some intelligent way to [1].

It might be a good idea to prepare a server like screenshot.gentoo.org which redirects to [1] as long as the service is available there. In case of need screenshot.gentoo.org can redirect to other sources.

Screenshots could be used in tools like portage and the like and help users to explore new packages easier.
